Vibration from process and machinery concurrent with natural frequency of piping system can cause failure on pipe connection. As outlined by Energy Institute (E.I.), guidelines for avoidance of vibration fatigue: “Piping shall be designed properly to avoid excessive vibration.”
We identify cause of piping vibration problem by applying dynamic piping analysis such as Modal and Harmonic analyses on CAESAR II to mitigate piping vibration problem and provide solutions to reduce vibration to safe limit.
